It’s been a great week for Harwood in the Bolton Ladies’ Championships which were held at Deane this year. Clare MacLeod and Amelia Taylor both made it through to the semi finals on Friday morning. Clare won her match against Helen Mosscrop from Turton. After a tough match Amelia lost on the 17th to Carol Helme from Bolton Old Links who then went on to play Clare in the final. Clare won the final 4&3 and is now Bolton Ladies’ Champion. Congratulations from everyone at Harwood. What a great achievement.
